When will you send my item?

If you place your order before 2.30 pm business hours Monday to Friday we will post it the same day.

How long will it take to arrive?

UK Deliveries

Free Royal Mail standard delivery on all our products. Items are normally delivered in 1-2 working days however this is not guaranteed.
We do offer Royal Mail Special Delivery at a cost of £5.00. This will guarantee your item is delivered on the next working day. If you order on a Friday it will be delivered Monday. This method will require a signature on delivery.

International deliveries

Orders outside the UK are sent by Royal Mail small packet airmail. We also offer an international signed for option of £6.00
If you have ordered from Europe items will generally take 3-7 working days, and orders from outside the EU will take 3-10 days. If you would like guaranteed international delivery please contact us at info@coverthis.co.uk or call 01273 592146.

My item hasn’t arrived?

If your item was posted standard delivery you are protected by the Royal Mail Lost Post Policy. In line with this policy, we are only able to send out a replacement item if your item hasn’t arrived within 14 days. (25 days for an international order.)
