Returns

For a full refund the item must be returned within 12 days, unopened and in its original packaging.

Please state your name, contact details, delivery address and order number.
We would strongly recommend that any returns are sent back to us via recorded delivery. We will not be able to refund you if we don’t receive the item. It is the customers responsibility to pay for the return postage.

Please return the item to us as specified above and we can send out a replacement or issue a full refund.
